NeXtime stands for quality. If your product breaks, you can of course also count on us. The legal warranty applies to all items you purchase from us. A legal guarantee means that a product is or does what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.
We also offer help if a product does not work properly immediately upon receipt. Please contact our customer service via email@example.com. We offer you a suitable solution.
The following information is standard for all warranty claims:
Please read the manual carefully before returning the product. If we do not find a defect, we will contact you to see how you can reproduce the problem. If it turns out that the problem could have been easily solved or that there is no problem, an investigation fee will be charged. The shipping costs for returning are also for your account. The total costs are € 35,00.
Until when can I return the product?
You have the right to return the product without giving any reason within 30 days. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receives the product (s). To return the product (s), you must notify us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, in writing, by post or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form for this. Your return request is valid if it is shipped within the 30-day period.
Keep the following in mind:
• Return shipments must be sent with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in their original condition and packaging. We may charge costs for any depreciation that arises because you have used the item in a different way than in a store.
• We always recommend that you request proof of return of the item in question.
• The costs for returning are for your own account, unless otherwise agreed with NeXtime. Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase without this proof.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable)
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while for your refund to be officially booked.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange (if applicable)

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you're shipping an item over $ 75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
