Returns and warranty

Have you changed your mind after receiving your order? No problem, you can return or exchange the product up to 30 days from the purchase date.

How do I return my product?

  • Send us an e-mail (technoline@nextime.shop) and let us know if you would like to return or exchange the product. From there we will help you by email or telephone. 
  • Send your product(s) back to: Kangaro KTC, Industrieweg 85, 7202 CA Zutphen, The Netherlands

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase without this proof.

The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense.

Until when can I return the product?
You have the right to return the product within 30 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receives the product (s). To return the product (s), you must let us know by means of a statement (for example, in writing, by post or email). You can use the model withdrawal form for this. Your return request is valid if it is shipped within the 30-day period.

Keep the following in mind:
Return shipments must be sent with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in their original condition and packaging. We may charge you for any charge that arises because you used the item in a different way than in a store.
• We always recommend that you request a proof of return for the item in question.
• The costs for returns are for your own account, unless otherwise agreed. Our policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase without this proof.

Gift certificates are exempt from return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable)
- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially transferred.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at technoline@nextime.shop.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email technoline@nextime.shop and send your article to:  Kangaro KTC, Industrieweg 85, 7202 CA Zutphen, The Netherlands.

Shipping
To return your product, you must ship your product to:  Kangaro KTC, Industrieweg 85, 7202 CA Zutphen, The Netherlands.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you're shipping an item over $ 75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Technoline stands for quality. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can count on us!


The legal warranty applies to all items you purchase from us. A legal guarantee means that a product is or does what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.
We also offer help if a product does not work properly immediately upon receipt. Please contact our customer service via technoline@nextime.shop. We offer you a suitable solution.

The following information is standard for all warranty matters:
Please read the manual carefully before returning the product. If a defect is found by us, we will contact you to see how we can solve the problem. If it turns out that the problem could have been easily remedied or that there is no problem, an investigation fee will be charged. The shipping costs for the return will also be charged to you. The total costs are € 35,00.
